PS: 

Think of delegation, to have some delegates for distribution groups. 
It's not allowed:

modifying entry "cn=group1,ou=Groups,dc=example,dc=com"
ldap_modify: Object class violation (65)
	additional info: attribute "kolabDelegate" not allowed

(btw: I'm still using kolab 3.2 not 3.3 because of some incompatibilities - if it matters)
