That's the OBS package that I've created and I'm actually still using.
I'm still on 3.3 / CentOS.

To be honest I've just assumed it is fixed in 3.4 but I'm still on 3.3
(with applied patch) so I cannot verify. Still the last comment in the
above mentioned bug report implied that it should be fixed. If it isn't
you should probably add another comment there.
Unfortunately finding out which commit and which patch made it into a
release it quite a challenge with Kolab...
