cyrus murder setup

​I cannot find a reference for building a Cyrus murder using setup-kolab
for Kolab 3.x (3.4 specifically).

On the cyrus page, I find this:

Which tells me to build it with the --enable-murder option, but that
doesn't seem to be an option using the kolab setup method. And of course
the document referenced on that page is missing.

Has ​anyone built a Cyrus murder with Kolab on here? Any tips?
