Kolab 3.1 Shared Mail Folder Delegate

BIG thanks for the link about permissions. I didn't know that was cyrus 
stuff.

About the second part... How can I manually create identity? I already 
delegated user for that shared folder, but I can't change identity in 
Roundcube.
