Notes CalDAV url

It is not. There is still disagreement within the community whether
notes can be synced via CalDAV as VJOURNAL, because Kolab differentiates
between journals and notes.

There is no real support for notes in the CalDAV standard it seems, but
Evolution just uses VJOURNAL for them.
