Fwd: Kolab configuration

Hello

i am using kolab, two doubt

1. i need to transfer my mails from local mail server to hosted one

done tdme.net        smtp:[mail.tdme.net]:25
on /etc/postfix/transport
and postmap it

but its not working


is there any other method to fix it?

2. i need to add mail id from roundcube webmail for imap the mails

imap all old mails to new mail server

help me
