Separated resources for each hosted domain (WAS: Deleting/changing account types on domain basis)

Why do you want to exclude some resources ?  If an organization don't have a 
resource, it will simply don't share it :)
This can be usefull only when the list become large and hard to scroll, but i 
think usually is rather small.
