Kolab 3.3 no accept/deny buttons i email on calendar invitations

For me at least, this is due to security settings in the browser.  
Firefox tells me it is blocking content that isn't secure.  If you tell 
it to stop blocking this content you will get the accept/decline 
buttons.

I haven't bothered to look any deeper into the cause or a real fix.
