The error looks like something produced by one of the 389-ds tools. Indeed,
this is the purpose of the setup.error.log and setup.out.log files: to record
specific errors with those tools.
Why you would get these errors is another matter. If
/etc/dirsrv/config/certmap.conf is really absent, you might need to check the
installation state of the 389-ds package. If the file is there, you might need
to check the permissions.
