Error running setup-kolab

Hi, 
I'm running an CentOS 6.5 system and try to set up Kolab. I've installed the latest version and updated the system afterwards. 
When executing "setup-kolab" I get an error:
An error was detected in the setup procedure for 389 Directory Server.....

The logfile says:
"Could not copy file '/etc/dirsrv/config/certmap.conf' to '/etc/dirsrv/slapd-jafar/certmap.conf'. File not found"

Any ideas how to move on?
