Shared Folder vs Dynamic Distribution

Hello,

So I'm relatively new to Kolab. I have a new 3.1 server setup. I'm
trying to figure out two things.

I've noticed there are shared folders and dynamic distribution lists.
In the case of the dynamic distribution lists, all email sent to the
list like any mailing list gets sent to all on the list. One thing I
can't figure out particularly because I'm a LDAP newbie is how to
specify a dynamic list based on user role. So for example if I wanted a
distribution list for administrators, those with the role 'kolab-admin'.
What would I set in the webadmin panel?

The other potentially similar feature is a shared folder. It seems
similar to a distribution list except its almost like its its own user.
The added benefit is that it keeps history. So for example for an
organization with a president at example.org / vicepresident at example.org,
where the position is held by different people, email history is
available. This seems even more complicated. At least for me, I'm
unsure how to set it up so that the folder is shared by a particular
user or set of user. I can't seem to find any documentation on this
feature. Are there any examples? Suppose I want a admin at example.org
shared folder that multiple users have read/write access. By write I
mean send from the account/shared folder.

Any detailed documentation about these features would be very much
appreciated.
