Can't get throught setup-kolab

I would also suggest that you disable SELinux before you run the
install. Hostname set and resolving correctly? That's where I've seen
the install error out before, although I don't remember the exact errors
thrown up.
Start again with a virgin install of CentOS. It took me a few attempts
in a VM before it worked for me. Best of luck!
