How I set up Kolab 3.2 in a Docker container

Hi there,

last week I set up a Kolab 3.2 server for my family using Docker. I have 
it up and running for a week now and everything seems to work fine. I 
wrote a small guide from my notes and put it up on Github in the hope 
that it would be helpful to others:
