Configure global addressbook

Hi folks,

i want to disable global addressbook for one domain. other domains 
within the same installation should not be affected.

first i tried to set $config['kolab_addressbook_prio'] = 3; to disable 
the global addressbook within roundcube. this works fine, but only for 
all domains. how to setup this for only one domain?

still the global addressbook will show up e.g. via activesync. how to 
disable this for a certain domain?
