Shared Folders in Kolab 3.1 web admin

I finally managed to get the kolab 3.1 running on a fresh Debian Wheezy. 
The main reason was to be able to manage Shared Folders in the web 
admin. I was finally able to do it once on my VM test installation but 
now on the real server it doesn't work. So I again need to manage my 
shared folders on the command line.

Any ideas?
