That README.postfix file is not reliable at all.
It is hidden in the packaging, in 
https://obs.kolabsys.com/package/show/Kolab:Development/cyrus-imapd, and 
has not been touched for a while I guess. Since it is part of 
debian.tar.gz, there is no specific commit history on that file, but I 
assume it is quite outdated.
I exported it to the github repository while trying to build Kolab on an 
alternative buildserver to OBS, but did not continue that project.
