Personal Address Book Blank in Roundcube

The logs don’t say anything about it unfortunately. No errors, nothing about it. 

If you asking me to use the DELETE FROM command on the table, I’m hesitant to do so 
because according to Kontact, Thunderbird, Android, etc... The contacts are there just 
not showing or accessible in Roundcube.
