SMTP Error 454 on freshly installed kolab 3.0 (development packages)

Okay, so I tried upgrading to 3.1 since nobody helped on how the
3.0 install failed to work.

Now roundcube gives some database errror... I’ve tried restarting
a few kolab things and I get:

    root at totosh:/home/hrd# service kolab-saslauthd start
