improper command pipelining after EHLO from

Hi,

I've installed the latest Kolab 3.1 from master as described here [1].
After creating some users I was able to login to the webmail interface
where I was able to send/receive mails.

So far so good. Now I've setup Thunderbird to connect to the previously
created accounts but i get follwing error:

improper command pipelining after EHLO from XXXX

I'm not sure where to digg for this error.

BTW there was another error during the installation:

SASL unable to open Berkeley db /etc/sasldb2: No such file or directory

but I could resolve this by creating a dummy file with:

saslpasswd2 sasldb2
