ActiveSync problem with tasks in Outlook 2013

According to yum, I have installed libkolabxml-1.0.1-6.4.el6.kolab_3.1.x86_64

Nevertheless I downloaded the source from the link you provided me and install it according to this (http://docs.kolab.org/howtos/build-kolab-from-source.html) instructions. Unfortunately it didn't help. The httpd error log changed to this:

Error:  0:   not a valid olson timezone.
Error: /tmp/libkolabxml/src/objectvalidation.cpp 101:   todo.start() is not valid
Error:  0:   not a valid olson timezone.
Error: /tmp/libkolabxml/src/objectvalidation.cpp 102:   todo.due() is not valid
