kolab 3.0 cyrus quota command missing?

Hi,

I am using Kolab 3.0 on Debian and trying to fix quota reporting for a
particular user.

Entering cyrus admin with cyradm --user cyrus-admin localhost works fine
and I can use
listquotaroot  user/... successfully
but
quota
command that is used to repair quota is missing.

Can't find something about this in mailing list and bugzilla.
