Removing a "Mail-enabled POSIX User"

Hi Michael,

You have probably run into this issue: 
https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1598.

The resolution mentioned there won't help you for POSIX users that have 
already been created, so you can delete those either using the command 
line or an LDAP administration tool such as phpldapadmin.
