Removing a "Mail-enabled POSIX User"

[Kolab Users]

Hi, 

We setup a "Mail-enabled POSIX User" for test and would like
to now remove it. 

The username was just test.user at domain.tld. 

We
can't see it in the left menu so it's not as easy as deleting a "Kolab
user". 

Can't see how/where we can delete it. Please advise.
