How to setup Kolab in a Hosted/multi-tennant scenario

Hello! 

I am new to Kolab and moving folks away from Kerio Connect over to this
great open-source software! 

I have been successful in setting up and running Kolab in a single
domain scenario. And now would like to add addition domains and migrate
more users. 

I have attempted using the instructions found in Chapter 11. Hosted
Kolab Groupware Setup [1] but without success. This is no doubt due to
my lack of knowledge in the command line LDAP area. 

Is there a step-by-step that someone has written that I can follow or
perhaps a script that someone has created to add hosted domains to my
system in multi-tennant form ? 

My environment is Kolab 3.0 and CentOS v6.3
