High CPU load and disk access

Hi,

as mentioned earlier I have the problem that my fresh kolab installation 
started to show high CPU load and constant disk access after a couple of 
days. Stopping kolab daemon  with /etc/init.d/kolab-server stop 
immediately stops disk access and CPU load. Everything works fine 
without the server but I'd really like to find the cause for this.
How can I debug this?
