ActiveSync not working on Contacts

Hello! 

I have connected my iPhone 4s with activesync. Calendar, and email syc
great. But the contacts do not. 

Any ideas what could I could be missing ? 

I have deleted and recreated the iPhone Exchange account multiple times
without success. 

Sync Contacts is ON.
