Shared Folders & Distribution Lists

Thanks Dimitris for the heads-up on distribution lists.

I'm really surprised more people don't see shared folders as mission 
critical. They revolutionised how our company responds to customers. In 
the olden-days we used distribution lists, which meant it was difficult 
to track who responded to what.

Is it recommended now-a-days to create a new kolab account for shared 
emails (eg info at example.com)?
