Kolab delegation in Roundcube

The screencast was beeing done at a point where the dropdown email list
didn't exists. That's where you could enter every email address in
identity form.
But in general fetch all email addresses you're allowed to use during
login/authentication.
If that's not the case maybe someone has debug it again.
