Kolab delegation in Roundcube

Hi Daniel,

ok, didn't know that I had to activate the plugin in roundcube. The 
screencast [1] seems to be deprecated at that point.
Nevertheless, even with the plugin activated I cannot see the mail 
address from the dropdown list. How's the delegation working? Do I need 
something else?
