Seems to be the apriciated behaviour so. (check 
http://lists.kolab.org/pipermail/users/2013-September/015412.html for 
further info).

How do I setup CalDav/CardDav under a domain like 
caldav.domain.tld/carddav.domain.tld ??

Like written on https://mykolab.com/clients#dav there are three 
different protocols for file transaction. why, and how to setup web dav 
properly?
