Multiple Domains plans

Hello Christian,

adding and deleting domains basically works in the web UI.

The things that are not working yet, that I have reported in Kolab
Bugzilla, with patches:
* complete deletion of a domain (delete domain only deletes associated
domain, but not the users etc of the domain):

* creation of users inside a new domain currently does not create a valid
primary mail address: https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1925
* domain administrators for managing users in their own domain:
https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2018

Some other bugs that I am watching for the multi domain support:

Some changes are needed one time, and I don't think they will ever become
included upstream, because it is a configuration thing:
* Removing Canonification from Cyrus IMAP (see
http://lists.kolab.org/pipermail/users/2012-August/013711.html)
* Update Postfix LDAP Lookup Tables to support search base with subdomains
(see https://lists.kolab.org/pipermail/users/2013-January/014233.html)
* configuration of kolab_auth for roundcube to accept logins from several
domains on one single URL (see
https://git.kolab.org/roundcubemail-plugins-kolab/commit/?id=1778b5ec70156f064fdda61c817c678001406996
)
* withdraw permissions for all users from the default domain, which is used
to manage the domain admins
I have summed up these one-time-changes in one script:

I have probably forgotten some things, I am still working on it.
