Being logged in in roundcube does not let me login with the same user
credentials at http://your.host.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync. The
only line in /var/log/kolab-syncroton/errors I have is:

[04-Oct-2012 13:52:09,000000 +0200]: [WARN] No address book configured
to authenticate the user.
