kolab 3 on centos unable to use the webadmin

i wanted to upgrade a lxc-based centos instance to the newest kolab
beta. Unfortunatly i got a PHP FATAL: Uncaught exception 'SmartyException'.
I reinstalled the lxc from scratch run setup-kolab fresh, with the same
result. So i think it is a systemic problem. Does anyone saw this error?

to me it looks like footer.html is missing. I cannot find it on the system.
If i change footer.html to signup_footer.html  in
./usr/share/kolab-webadmin/public_html/skins/default/templates/login.html
The FATAL goes away but i have no skin. Just plain login boxes.

Is there maybe a dependency missing?
