A Freudian mishap, to be honest, in the announcement news article. 
Kolab 3.0 packages are available for Debian *Wheezy*, and *not* Squeeze.

The release of the related package is pending the completion of #1384 - 
we've released the version of the Kolab Web Administration Panel that 
offers this feature, but that doesn't mean the related packages are 
immediately available.
