Not able see the login screen of roundcube

Dear Concerned,



 MySQL server is running.  The roundcube database also exists along with
the roundcube user. I tried logging in using the roundcube username
throughMySQL CLi and was able to login but from webclient its giving the
error.

I also checked the /etc/roundcubemail/db.inc.php file for the username and
password and thats also correct.
 I can provide putty session of the server if anyone wishes to check the
installation.
