LXC with CentOS guest: setup-kolab (2.4) fails with dirsrv semaphore issue

Hi,

Earlier it was reported that installation in a centos proxmox container  
failed with a semaphore related issue. I have encountered this as well in a 
plain cenos lxc container. See below.

Any ideas on how to tackle this?
