Creating a shared folder is done via the command-line:
# kolab create-mailbox shared/ham at example.org
# kolab set-mailbox-acl shared/ham at example.org <subject> <rights>
Use, for example:
# kolab set-mailbox-acl shared/ham at example.org anyone lrsi
