BCC Max wiht Kontact/Kolab combo?

There is no such hard limit in Kolab nor Kontact that I am aware of.

Perhaps you could provide some more detail on what's happening here. 
Assuming Kontact successfully submits the message for delivery, what do 
the postfix logs say about the message?
