BCC Max wiht Kontact/Kolab combo?

Hi,

Is there an inherent limitation with respect to how many adressees may be 
used using BCC when using kolab/kontact? I send a message with joyous family 
news and had to realize that MANY of the ~230 BCC adressees did not receive 
the message. I could not discern any systematic basis for the failure 
(alphabetic or otherwise) ...
