Emails with unknown received time

Below are the headers from the email - its a daily deal email I receive
every day.

These emails aren't imported from anywhere - I have my current prod mail
server forwarding copies to Kolab

Also - they list fine in thunderbird, they are listed in the correct
received order in horde, but instead of showing the received date and time
it says unknown

They are sorted ok in webmail, but not on my iPhone

Any ideas?

When you look at all the headers, what timestamps do you see? Depending of
the client, shown time may vary. In the past, I had to transfer many mails
from an old Cyrus Imap environment to a new one. Users that were with
Outlook Express were seeing mail date as the date at which the mails were
transfered to the server. The mails were transferred with RSYNC, so nothing
was changing in the mail file itself. Then, the database has been
reconstructed in order to see the mails. This means that Outlook Express was
sent the file creation time, while Thunderbird users were seeing the mail
creation time.
