ftp support for kolab openpkg php package

Hi,

what is the correct way to compile php with ftp support. I need this
for gollem - horde file manager.
I tried to use Kolab wiki artichle
https://wiki.kolab.org/Kolab2_Integration_with_MySQL about how to add
mysql support to php.
Looks like adding with_ftp for php and apache-php before compiling and
then installing newly created packages does the trick - php has ftp
support enabled, however this brakes Horde installation - after loging
into Horde it says, that timeout from server occured and doesn't show
any folders, messages.
I need to rerun kolab-install.sh script to put everything back in order.
Do I need to modify 00index.rdf?
what effect does it have modification of kolab-install.sh script
according to mentioned wiki: adding php::with_ftp and
apache-php::with_ftp if it still installs without ftp support.
