Address lookup issue for Kolab users.

Hello,

 

We have configured Kolab server to do address lookup for both OpenLdap
as well as Active Directory.

When a new user logs in for the first time his profile gets created. 

However the user is unable to resolve and Kolab and AD users on mail
compose window.

 

When we run a address lookup using the address book we get the following
error.

Query failed: (-1) Can't contact LDAP server

 

I am not sure what is causing this problem. Can you please guide me here
what needs to be looked at. 

Also let me know if you need any  config/log files for your analysis and
feedback
