Some trouble case... sorry !

I need some help on 3 topics :

1 : Bad entry in the LDAP :

One of my mainteners created a user account with bad entry :
View in the web interface :

U      "Lastname", "Second part of the lastname", "Firstname"      f.lastname at domaine.com      f.lastname      Modify      Delete

Now when I want delete or modify it I got this error :

Errors:
LDAP Error: No such dn: cn=Firstname Lastname\\2C Second part of the lastname,dc=domaine,dc=com: No such object

How I can delete it ?

2 : Auto cci delivers messages 3 times :

I enabled a few weeks ago the automatic cci for the outgoings emails in kolab 2.2.2.
It's working but all emails are be delivered 3 times in the mail box of the cci receiver.

I checked in the configuration but I can't find...
 
Who can help me to solve this ?


3 : P2V Kolab :

Today I run my kolab 2.2.2 on a physical server (debian 4.0).
I want to migrate it to a VM.

I have one xen-server, with one VM (debian 5.0).

What is the best plan ?

I think I will Install a fresh kolab 2.2.2 on the VM then apply all updates, 2.2.3 and 2.2.4.
After how I can import all my datas from actual kolab to the new one ?

Maybe you have a better idea !
