User Definitions

When I go to https://mail/admin/user I find 5 defined users

These 5 users were most recently added to the system

Similarily, if I go to: https://mail/lam I find the same 5 users

After I calm down, I release the remaining (over 50) users can be found 
in https://mail/lam/templates/tree/tree_view.php under ou=people

Everything seems to be working, however, I am concerned something is 
misconfigured and due to break at the worst possible time.

What can I do to get everyone in the same (correct) place?

PS: Great work on Wiki - we had some problems migrating to latest 
version of Kolab, Wiki helped.
