URL of calendar abonnements

Hello,

I have a strange problem with my kronolith calendar abonnements
the kolab server openpkg is 2.2.4 after migration from 2.2.3

the problem shows up as following: 

https://mydomain/client/rpc.php/kronolith/usera@swamp/usera@swamp.ics

is a working link and the calendar abo works fine. But only one user 
has this kind of syntax all other use the following notation:

https://mydomain/client/rpc.php/kronolith/userb@swamp/user%2Fuserb%2FCalendar.ics

and this is not working!

Every hint is welcome to get that fixed....
