Horde calendars

When I log into Horde on my own user name and look at calendars, I "My 
Calendars:" with a calendar to pick below it.  But when I log into Horde 
using several of my fellow workers' accounts, I find no "My Calendars:"
On at least one of those, Outlook claims that it is synchronizing on a 
regular basis via Toltec.  I added an event to the calendar and checked 
in the imapd spool; it appears there, or at least something created a 
file at the right moment under her Calendar directory.
Any ideas here?
