Installation of 2.2.3 issues

Hi Jennifer,

what happens if you manually run 

/kolab/libexec/openldap/slapd -d 256 -h ldap://127.0.0.1:389 -f /kolab/etc/openldap/slapd.conf -u kolab -g kolab  

This should start the LDAP server in debug mode.
