Not currently in TRANSACTION state

Hi,

 

I am having an issue with kolab 2.2.1. When trying to add a vacation message
I get the following error:

Not currently in TRANSACTION state

I had a look at the kolab web site and most of the users say that you need
to check /etc/hosts and check iptables. The /etc/hosts has the correct
information and I have another kolab 2.2.1 box with the same iptable rules
that work 100%.
