Shared folders in mixed case op upper xase

Hallo,

I need to have some shared folders in upper case or mixed case, for
example "shared.Customer" instead of "shared.cusomer", or eg.
"shared.XYZ" instead of "shared.yxz".

Deletion of strtolower, line 175 in
/kolab/var/kolab/www/admin/sharedfolder/sf.php already gave the
possibility to meet this goal as far as the web interface and ldap
server are concerned, but in cyrus the mailbox (and thus the
subscription name of the shared folder) are in all-lower case.

So, which file(s) would I need to edit to have the mailbox created in
mixed/upper case, too?
