E35: RFC Remove the GroupWise and GroupDAV resources

Howdy,

I'd like to remove the GroupWise and GroupDAV resource from e35.
Any objection?

The reason is simply that it takes some maintenance time to keep
extra kresources going and I'm not sure that there is any value
in us spending the time.
